It’s been a physically and emotionally painful end of the year for me. As the new year begins, I’m ready to pick myself up again and move forwards towards the light.
I broke my hand 3 weeks ago and i have 15 stitches and a metal plate in my hand. 3 days ago, I fell again on my recovering hand because I was impatient to wait for it to heal. My recovery has been set back. I’ve been feeling really depressed and down, but I understand that life is relative. I still have my health, my home, my friends, and my hand is healing, albeit slower than I would hope.
What matters most after a fall, is to pick yourself up and continue moving forwards, even if it’s at a snails pace.
On this note, cheers to 2022, to life, to living, to happiness and f**ck off 2021. It’s time to heal and fly 🥂✨

Haha thanx Mark. Using my healing hand is part of my rehab journey!! I was really afraid of dropping it but I was holding it with both hands, I think 🤔
