
Perspective is everything.
When you are stuck on something or feeling overwhelmed, step back and look at it from afar. That’s what I do.
I get stressed and anxious easily and that is a debilitating feeling when I can’t see or feel anything else. Now I remember to step back or meditate.

It is. It will give you time to ponder the essential elements of the “Impostor”, even jot them down, so you can identify them when they assail you. 😉
(Trust me, I “done” it, and got over it.)
