I find this very poetic. I wonder what I would give to browse through a few of your sketch books.
(I thought to ask in London but it slipped my mind.)
The feel of the paper. The exact work of lines and colours. Hmm. Must be nice. Store your notebooks up (away form flooding) and in a dry place, particularly in a tropical climate. 😉
