Now this one is great fun. you need two sharks. put one person on top of each shark and have them start a “fight”, the first one who turns the other wins. The loser, gets out of the water, dries up and gets the drinks.

My friend’s son play tag. One is the shark and one swims. We used to pretend on the yellow lilo but not this should be better. Yet to test it out
