Mid autumn festival falls on the 17th September on the full moon. It is one of my favourite festivals of the year as it celebrates all my favourite things. I love the mooncake, the lanterns and the water caltrop which symbolises the lucky bat in Chinese. Mid autumn festival is celebrated at the end of harvest and it brings family together. β¨οΈ

And I think in SE Asia the tradition is very much alive! We hold on to traditions a little tighter

Mid-Autumn Festival is my favorite in China ~ mooncakes, friends, and stories of wonderful times are things I think about every year at this time. While I’m quite late to the party, δΈη§θεΏ«δΉοΌ
