Today’s drawing is of a wood stitchwort. It is an edible wild plant with a star like flower. I’m still feeling a bit under the weather but thank god for gardens, nature and my art to keep me company. Fresh air and plant microbes are good for healing. Yesterday I went forest bathing to absorb all the good energy but today the weather is pretty crappy so I’m going to potter in the garden and draw. 🌿🌱

Forrest bathing? Nice. I remember you like to hug trees. I used to teach my grandson to hug trees when he was little. Must do that again…
