Nature has the power to enrich and heal. Today’s flower is the foxglove. This is another common flower during this time of the year in the UK, a country obsessed with gardening and green spaces. Every corner is covered with flowers and plants. I don’t feel alone in my flower obsession here š

They do. You may not have seen the landscape in Brittany or Normandy (similar to the south of England) it’s always very green. Rains all the time… LOL

You’re probably right. The grey weather makes it so miserable so nature is one of the few things that bring them joy and i think the plants like the rain šæš±

The English are indeed obsessed with gardening. And they have transported that passion everywhere they set foot. (I remember our garden in Nairobi, designed by the owner of our house.) I wonder whether it’s because they have such a grey winter?
