A quick sketch of a blue poppy flower using a blue bic biro. I’ve really minimised what I draw with when I’m travelling. I used to bring a lot more art supplies but it feels great to simplify.

I didn’t know there was such a thing as a blue poppy.
I thought all poppies were red.
I guess one really does learn something new every day.
