Today’s sketch is dedicated to fellow Penang artist Nasir who passed away yesterday.
Although I have only met him for the first time in December 2020 at Boxed in exhibition, our friendship was virtual on social media. He was the gentlest most talented person who left us too soon. Nasir came into my life for a short moment but his positive energy left a huge imprint in my heart that will last forever.
This blueberry waffle is for you Nasir, I know how much you loved it.
