During lockdown, it was clear that NOBODY eats smooth peanut butter. There was never any crunchy on the shelves but always full of smooth peanut butter. Go figure 🤷♀️

It’s a common dish in Guinea and Senegal: Poulet aux arachides. My mother learnt it there and it’s been passed on from generation to generation.
