Sundays are now stay home portrait days. Last week’s sitter Professor Green for Artist of the year, live on Sky TV talks openly about how we need to have conversations about mental health issues especially during this difficult time. It is something I believe in and want to raise awareness to this subject many people find difficult to talk about.
As an artist, I go through ups and downs myself. Somedays it spirals more than others but meditation has helped me a lot, it helps me stay calm and stay focused, but I am also lucky to have good friends who check in on me frequently.
This week, reach out to someone you haven’t heard from for a while and ask without judgement how they are doing. That could be all that is needed to start a conversation. 🙏

“Without judgement”? That is a good start. Too many judgements around these days. Actually I have reached out to old friends worldwide. It was nice. One was in the hospital with the virus but fortunately came out cured.
I do hope you are well, and “learning” the outside world again…. 🙏🏻💕
