The yeap family is in penang. Yes I remember some riding days but not much of the lessons.

There are many connections. And it is one of the reasons Penang has such a power of attraction on me. I think of that uncle, for instance. At what church did he get married? He walked the same streets we walked by 2 years ago… Strange..
The Yeap family I suppose is in Singapore?
Even though the classes were over at a tender age, you still have the connection with horses.

He might have played polo with the Yeap family then. I rode when I was 4 but not for long cos dad took us all off the lessons soon after and that was the end of that. I didnt know your great uncle was married in Penang! What a great connection ❤️

I though he might have. 🙂 My great-uncle René, who married in Penang at the turn of the 20th century and later became Chief of Special Branch in Singapore was a polo fan. When he retired in the UK, he bred polo horses. 🙂
