Oh you new house sounds like paradise to me. Beach, birds and water! Save me a room. My first set of prints were as you described. Messy to say the least but I had fun in the process! 🙂

Just moved in to a new house by the beac, so I will be walking and looking at sand, seabirds and water for inspiration rather than the bush of our previous home. It’s kind of exciting and a bit nervy at the same time. Have fun with you lino cuts – I was always very crap at that art. My prints always turned out messy… I think my inking technique left a lot to be desired 🙂

Oh, I definitely agree with you – the pleasure is in the creating… sometimes only for me and occasionally for others who stumble across my work 🙂 Nice sketch – as always 🙂
