Avocados come from the tropics. Don’t know which. Grows easily with a little sun and warmth (a typical UK weather right?) When winter comes (if you are still in London, you have two options, either cover it with straw to protect it from the cold, or unplant it with roots and earth, stick itno a pot and bring it inside. They make quite lovely plants.
