The secret of the Ankh reveals its magic to the believer.
So I’m sure you’ve realized that I love the British Museum and I had to go back again. My first trip was too rushed and my second trip was near to closing time. I feel a third trip is due at some point.
Sketch of the day is the Ankh. The symbol of life from the British museum collection. This is one of my favoirite symbols of all time and I truly believe in its magic x

I haven’t seen it with the pillar before – and no I don’t have my old Ankh – I bought it at a silver market in Singapore many years ago and with so many moves since it has gone missing – hopefully it is helping somebody else 🙂

It was probably the Ankh. Do you still have it? This one I found out also has the Djed pillar which brings stability.

I agree! 🙂 This is my favourite symbol from my hippie youth 🙂 I had it around my neck for years and I believe it saved me a lot of times – or maybe I was just lucky…. no it was definitely the Ankh.
