Good morning. Sketch of the day in my art journal is of an ancient Egyptian Cow mummy from the British museum collection. It’s quite amazing what was mummified.

V&A is nice. I’d never seen it until last year. Sorry about your feet. Museums do that to you. Lie down with your feet up (no shoes) when you come home. 🙂 And yes, I agree, the “British” is pure magic. Worth many trips. A section at a time. (Your public wants more BM drawings!)

No I haven’t been to the national gallery yet. I just spent the day at V&A today. My feet are tired. So much to see. I still enjoy the British museum more.

I’ve been to the British museum twice already this trip because each time I was rushing. I think you are in charge of names now.you have earnt it xx
