Like Col I’ve seen similar lighters.
(You are left-handed right? I had a doubt about “Stéphanie”)
(And yes, you need a few items to make the lighter work. Probably all stored at the Penang Museum)

I guess this will work too it I got it repaired with new flint and fuel 😆

Mine did, perfectly. It operated with a renewable flint, and with benzene as fuel.
