Actually a private sponsor is already investing in the penang art museum. We have a proposal for an ‘art hub’ with studios and workspace for artists etc but need funding and a business plan

So I have to get the sponsors? Zut. I could write a proposal. Been doing proposals most of my life. A new challenge: Breakfast in Penang. I mean Proposal for Penang Museum. (But you get the sponsors) 🙂
