Sketch of the day in my Daler Rowney art journal is the local Malaysian Eagle King Brand which makes basic apparel.
I love to blog about local brands and the icons that they use. This one is of a flying eagle. You won’t find this anywhere else. It’s not like a designer or high street brand that has gone global.
Quote of the day: I wish I had wings

PS. I’ve already started revision of the darft. Working well. The revision. The story? It will be up to the reader. To-day and to-morrow are holidays here. So I won’t get much done. ETA: next week I hope. π

Your friends are probably right. Which do you prefer? Smart or bonkers?
(Personally I think we all need more “madness” in our thinking)
Or maybe, rather than shere madness, I like thinking outside the box. Boxes are stifling. See the Popper comment.

It is isn’t it? Read that in an inerview “Sir Paul” gave when he gave a concert in Mexico, years ago. It owrks for many things. Example: I had a market research company. Produced reports with lots of data, figures, percentages… I used to tell my executives: the data speaks for itself. It just needs to be organized in the right way. If the data does not give you a clear answer (the one that is in the air), go back to the dat, “shake” it, rearrange it and see what you get. π Always worked. Glad you liked it.

Beautiful. I will have to. Grab that concept and work it into my life π
