Sketch of the day in my Daler Rowney art journal is of a Water monitor Lizard who dropped by for a quick swim in the pool this morning.
There’s so much wildlife around me. It’s nice working in the garden! I’m sure you can tell by now that I love animals and I like to draw them so that more people will appreciate the beauty of creatures big and small xoxo

Well I learned a new word today! The monitor lizard and Komodo dragon are probably related and relics of the dinosaurs
