Today’s sketch of the day in my moleskine art journal: Nazar Boncugu. Blue and white eye shaped amulet or bead made of glass to protect from the Evil Eye, a curse cast by a malevolent glare.
My mobile phone committed suicide just before the end of my trip and someone told me i should get an evil eye amulet to protect myself, so here is it. My luck should improve now and I so will yours since I am sharing this with all my friends 🙂

I’ve always been intrigued by those evil eye beads. Not so much by the “evil eye” itself, but by its ongoing popularity. Fascinating isn’t it? Hugs! 😀
