The city where there is a cat beneath every chair. Istanbul looks after the street cats and dogs. They r tagged, vaccinated and neutered. The people feed them and sometimes they have make shift homes. This is the most animal loving place I’ve ever been to.

Apparently they used to be wild and ferocious before they had this policy. Now people pet them and feed them and they are friendly.
