Sketch of the day in my moleskine art journal is a horse saddle. I went riding with my friend yesterday in Epping and I fell off the horse. The mare bolted and I got thrown off but im ok. Just some minor bruises.
Even though youve been bucked, kicked, bit, stomped. NEVER GIVE UP!

I did fall on my face/head and rolled over onto my back. I have a bruised nose and head but luckily it happened on soft ground. I wish you a speedy recovery. Injuries make us realise how fragile we are

Just don’t fall on your head off the horse or skiing for that matter. I’m recovering from a head injury when another cyclist crashed into me.
