Today’s sketch of the day in my moleskine art journal is a toy water pistol drawn with my sharpie pens, with the words Bang bang. Inspired from the sound track in the movie kill bill by nancy sinatra. This is my first piece of artwork inspired by music. I need to do this more often. I love this song. It’s stuck in my head all day long 🙂

I used to facilitate creative writing sessions at the libraries I ran, we used to do all these sorts of things, my last one before I moved back home to Cape Town, from Johannesburg, I did one for friends, who were all struggling in one way or another, and we all were practicing different forms of creativity, and we all explored together; it was great fun.
