
I am so happy to be sketching again. It calms and grounds me just as meditation would. I went to Thailand a few years ago to learn how to meditate in the hills of Loie province. It was the best thing I ever did, but then all good things come to an end. I forgot to continue practicing, so now the benefits have been lost. Meditation is something I want to start practicing again. It helps me focus and filter out the noise.

I learnt meditation a few years ago in india didn’t practice it much but now do regularly and love it! Another great sketch.
