I just heard this shocking and heartbreaking news. This is the second Malaysian airlines plane that crashed this year. This is a huge tragedy for our country and for everyone whose family was on board.
I am deeply saddened. My prayers go out to the families of MH17.

Malaysia Airlines confirms it received notification from Ukrainian ATC that it had lost contact with flight MH17 at 1415 (GMT) at 30km from Tamak waypoint, approximately 50km from the Russia-Ukraine border.
Flight MH17 operated on a Boeing 777 departed Amsterdam at 12.15pm (Amsterdam local time) and was estimated to arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 6.10 am (Malaysia local time) the next day.
The flight was carrying 280 passengers and 15 crew onboard.

OMG, you live near there. I am just so shocked that something like this is even possible. What is going on in our world. We need to push back with more positive energy and love and not allow all these power struggles pull us down to do these horribly cruel mindless things. It is a huge tragedy indeed, for mankind.

I don’t understand how this cold hearted act could even be allowed to happen. We need more peace and love in this world. I’m so shocked.

I feel very sorry for that. Living just an hour or so drive from the place. It’s terrible. Every day I think it can happen to me. A bomb or rocket or bullet. These are Putin’s war games against the humanity and the Ukrainians in particular. Pro-putin bandits boasted earler stating they’d shot another Ukrainian plane – they didn’t know apparently or did it was the Malaysian one. It’s a huge tragedy.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of the two Malaysian airplanes in such as short time. I am also shocked and angered that this second one was shot down over Ukrainian airspace. A thoughtless, cold hearted act against innocent civilians caught amidst a foolish war for power!
