What are typically Thai condiments. I think the Thais generally have a sweet tooth. There’s always a pot of sugar on the table and sweet chilli sauce. The other popular ones are fresh cut chilis in fish sauce, Maggi and soy sauce. The sketch above is the minimum requirement for a table. This is even before you order. Each table has a little basket of sauces, and when you order your meal, more will come with it! ;p

We tend to have salt, white pepper, black pepper (in a grinder), tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and English mustard.
