My last day to complete one year’s worth of sketches. I wanted to end it with a bang but I think I have run out of steam! I set off on this challenge hoping that I would complete it, and wow, it’s been an incredible journey full of emotions, not just sketches.
I have to thank Marianna from FloatingLemons once again for setting me this challenge. I have grown as a person and as an artist. I know that if I put my mind to something, I can achieve it. I have found new confidence in myself and the discipline to draw everyday.
My art has made me new friends and has allowed me to do things I never thought I would. A new world of possibilities has opened up. As C.S Lewis said “You are never too old to dream a new dream”

Congratulations on making it to a year of sketching! You certainly rose to the challenge, and I really enjoyed seeing the sketches that came out of your journey.

Thank you. Discipline was one of my greatest challenges but I learnt that if I want do something, I can and I will 🙂
