Formed 250 million years ago, this limestone cave is 200m high. Mount Keriang Cave is known locally as Gua Gunung Keriang in Kedah, Malaysia. It has several large chambers and a through passage from one side of the mountain to the other side. There’s a lot of plants growing in the cave, crystals and different rock formations. This cave is currently undergoing works to become a properly managed show cave, but with a adventure cave section for serious cavers to explore. The limestone hill stands out amongst the flat land surrounded by rice fields.
