I’ve been painting, painting, painting. People often ask me what do I do. Recently, I tell them I’m an artist. (I’m moving away from the crazy bag lady, it’s becoming to be so last season!) The next question is what do you paint and what is your style? I giggle and answer, I paint animals and plants in a cartoon style because I am childish and still watch cartoons at my age. At this point, they move away when they realise I’m not a serious painter or artist. Such is the shallow world of art.
Well I like my art and that is the most important thing. It makes me happy. I just believe that if I don’t do the things that make me happy I will probably slide into depression and have a mental breakdown. But not yet, I’m still clinging on to positivity 🙂

As Confucius said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life!”

Congratulations on all that you do. It’s important to do things that make you happy and in turn they make others happy too. I like your work, and nice monkey today. If I could find my paint, I’d paint too, in the meantime I blog to also keep myself “sane”. I love being in the zone, whether its painting or writing..it’s like meditating but better. Have a Happy Week.

I do love Roy Lichtenstein’s works. Thank you for your support and belief in my work. It makes me feel better. I love your art too. 🙂

I know right but it’s just not me to use big snooty words! I just have to grow a thicker skin and ignore them! Thank you 🙂
