I’m fascinated by monks. What makes a person dedicate their whole lives to the monastery. Myanmar is a country full of monks. It is an honour to be a monk. Most people would be a monk for at least a week in their lifetime.
Colourful handicrafts. Wood carving, Painting, Lacquer ware and woven textiles are probably their main handicrafts for tourists.. They were everywhere.
When I travel to a foreign country, I love people watching. I love to see how they live, what they do and what they wear. Their traditional garment is the Lungyi. Both men and women wear them like a sarong.

Thank you my dear. Have a great week! You should come out to S.E.Asia. I’m back to my hometown of Penang in a few days for Chinese New Year. That’s pretty amazing but the traffic will be awful. xx
