I think we are our harshest critics. Well I am anyway. I am better now. Before I started this challenge, I didn’t think I was good enough to draw but after starting this sketch of the day challenge, it’s starting to sink in that it’s ok not to be perfect as long as I am improving and continuously moving forward. We all have to start somewhere and it is good to learn to from our mistakes.

Lovely image. I especially enjoy the subtle folds in the body that make the fish look like a creature with volume and form and that in any minute it will twitch its muscles into a swim.
